Contribution and Expenditure Reporting
C&E Systems’ full-service option ensures that the financial accounting, banking and disclosure reporting for campaigns is timely, professional, and accurate. C&E Systems can file with all city and county elections officials, the Oregon Secretary of State and the Federal Election Commission.  C&E Systems sets the standard for campaign finance reporting.


Reporting: Data entry into financial software created by C&E Systems; Thank-you letters and occupation-request letters; contributor/financial reports requested by the committee.



C&E Systems will handle all banking transactions, including processing all contributions, all expenditures, and any other banking needs.   We ensure that all banking and record-keeping is current, accurate, and in compliance with city, county, state and federal rules, ordinances, statutes and regulations.


Banking: Set up account; copy and deposit checks; pay invoices; balance checkbook to C&E records.


Payroll: Apply for Federal and State employer ID numbers; set up each employee with ADP payroll services; remain intermediary between campaign and payroll provider.
